In all training sessions and leadership workshops I work methodically using a successful mix of theory and practice. The aim is for you to learn, reflect and experience.

I use creative learning approaches, small group tasks, peer consulting, feedback rounds and theoretical input. Together, we work through the participants’ issues. All participants contribute their specific leadership challenges. In addition, I create an atmosphere that enables participants to learn and benefit from one another.
